Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) and Canada (excluding Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses outside the U.S. and Canada.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Delivery Time
- United States: 2–4 business days after processing
- Canada: 4–7 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing (for Canada).
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Carriers
We work with multiple carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post) and select the most suitable one for each shipment based on destination and package size.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Customs & Duties (Canada only)
Canadian customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility, as we have no control over customs assessment.
